Samhain...

Samhain is a celebration of the last harvest of the year. Traditionally, it is considered astart of a new year because as it turns to winter, everything go to slumber. In magick, it is where the veil between the world of ours and the dead is at the thinnest. Just like hungry-ghost-festival, it is when, demons and ghost walk
amongst us. Now that is why the westerners wear costume because they want to blend in.
Long after Christianity came, Samhain was diguised as All-saints day, Hallow mass, and then come Halloween. Although held a different meaning, it still has the essense for the great feast, known as "The Feast-of-the-Dead".
This is the time where WE take the opportunity to remember the dead, our loved ones that has passed on. This is the time where we try to amend our mistakes of the past, trying to correct it and welcoming a great future.
Ever wonder why the jack-o-lantern is a national icon for samhain / halloween?
The jack-o-lantern is pumpkin with carving of evil smiles on it. This is to promote an evil aura for DEMONS!!! The candle inside is to guide the spirits to a path each has to take and at the same time, scares the demon from entering the house.
Also, WE will leave foods at our doorstep for the sprites...yes sprites, something like spirit! And we light candles near OUR window also holding the same purpose of guiding the dead.Yan danced till dawn at 11:30 AM
Today I went to the theatre to watch High School Musical 3. I went with Sharmila, Sangeetha, Siva and Diana. Actually I have doubts because the ticket is damn expensive($28). How can it not be expensive? its at vivo, Gold Class!!! (WOW)....
But as I reached the door of fame, omg!!! its FU**ing worth it!!!! I'm so glad that I payed for it. Theres a comfort chair, with blanket; incase you get cold. There are waiters to wait for you....
Anyways, The show is so NICE!!!!(capital letters).... I really like it!!!
My favourite songs: Now or Never(Basketball tornament), Scream(When Troy got confused).
And seriously, Troy & Sharpay is getting REALLLLLLLLLY Hawt!!!!

Hi guys & gals!!! I'm here to confest. At the end of this year & one day, I will fully dedicate myself to being a Witch. yes a Witch!!! But to all my muslims friends, not to worry, I still want to keep my faith. So I'm still a muslim.
I will use my craft for my own purpose and maybe to intrude into other ppls life (in a gd way). Dont worry, I wont cast spells or do ritual sacrifice(Lord forbid!!!) Instead, I will use herbs to cure sickness, words to advise, and aroma-therapy.
Isnt wicca a Devils religion?
No its not!!! Wicca doesnt believe in devils. And when evil is concern, its just the work of a mere human being. but he who do evil will have to face the consequences 3times. But as a muslim, I still have to believe in the Devil but will NEVER associate with him.
Arent witches a term for girls?
Actually, "witch" means wise, and that suits perfectly for both men and women. However "Wizard" is only for male(biased). Anyway I dont want to be a wizard, it sounds old and cranky.
Why wicca? Why not just stick to your own religion?
Like I said, wicca will NOT be my religion but a practice. I do and still want to keep my abrahamic religion "Islam". Wicca will just be something that I practise for my own use....Like yoga or meditating thingy.
In my blog, I will not only update on what happens to me but I will also update on my craft. So my blog will be something educational. Anyways, those who seriously wants to be a witch, I will proudly teach you and link you up to wiccan websites(Bullies wont be entertained!!!).
