Today was my squad & my Passing Out Parade or simply put it P.O.P. It certainly brings a memorable memory & It will nevr go or stray from my mind. I've always been waiting for these for the past 3years but I didn't know that it will be this saddening.
We taught the sec1 a lil bit of drill. Its the 1st time for them wearing a Full-U. Well, as usual nothing can be right for the first time. Moving on to the passing out parade. It was a sensation. We march out and threw our beret(A sign of stepping down). And we had a buffet(Do take note that it was the sec3 who organised the event for us). Den we had the pop concert/performance.
The sec2's & 3's performed for us. It was cute and funny. well why not, wen justin's picture keep popping out from the video(ppl keep making funny comments) Haha!!!
But the most cutest......SEc1.
My sec1's sang the cutest song. I'll may still be able to see them again but this time they will nevr be mine again! They have their new mentors from now on. I've taken two squad before them(sec 3 & sec 2) but is nevr the same like sec 1's. Its like raising my own kids. Evry week, I am always looking foward to see them. Hey wat can I say, THEY ARE my 1st real squad.
Wee Jiang made a very nice video. It brings back memories that we've gone thru the years. It is really a sweet video. But there is one thing that I've to thank him. It is bringing back the memories when our squad was in Sec1. Memories of our very first mentor; Ming Liang, May Lwin, Melvin & Sean quickly flooded my mind in seconds. The video of our very first pop. The day when our own mentors stepped down. I cried reli bad tat day & today brings back the tears. Luckily nobody noticed but it was a reli sad day.
